Why does Trial3D focus only on the legal profession?
As regular providers of CLEs nationwide we understand the complications unique to lawyers representing clients. By focusing on the legal profession we are able to utilize our expertise in legal ethics to help lawyers navigate issues related to evidence. Our systems are specifically set up to facilitate document management of confidential client information, discovery issues, authentication, HIPAA requirements, and evidentiary requirements.
Jabez LeBret – CEO
Jabez LeBret is co-author of the best-selling legal technology book Online Law Practice Strategies. He is on the SMB board at Box.com and sits on the education committee for the San Diego Chamber of Commerce. He is an international technology expert who has delivered CLE presentations at the Alaska, Ohio, Florida, Wyoming, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington State, Maryland, and Indiana State Bar Associations, the ABA and LMA, plus over 50 other bar associations. Jabez writes a regular business and technology column for Forbes and is also a contributor to the ABA Journal and NBC Chicago. He is also co-founder of the legal marketing agency GNGF, winner of the 2014 Best Places to Work by the Cincinnati Business Courier and runner-up for Business of the Year by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. He loves coffee and is a craft beer enthusiast.
Mark Homer – COO
Using a strong blend of technology, marketing, consulting, and management experience gained from his eighteen years in the business world, Mark leads the GNGF team to deliver targeted and efficient results with high-touch service. Mark gained in-depth business technology expertise at IBM and online marketing experience as a co-founder of the marketing technology leader eshots, inc. He also has experience in the legal industry from his years in Product Marketing for iManage (now HP Autonomy).
Mark has delivered presentations to business owners of all kinds, from small business owners to executive partners of Fortune 500 companies. When not managing the day-to-day operations at GNGF, Mark can usually be found coaching little league or trying to brew up another batch of craft beer.
Russ W. Rosenzweig – CMO
Russ W. Rosenzweig is a seasoned veteran in the legal services industry. His previous venture, Round Table Group, became the world’s largest expert witness search and referral firm and was acquired by Thomson Reuters. He also serves as an executive at 86 Pillars and Expert Capital Partners which provide expert witnesses and litigation financing solutions to litigators. Russ holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
